The works comprise of a three-storey reinforced concrete structure on raft slab and precast concrete square piles with rainscreen and glazed façade, roof terraces, Kalzip roofing, solar panels, internal and external staircases, MEP services with heating, cooling, ventilation and electrical services, single passenger lift and full Cat A fit out.

The external works includes six cycle spaces, four motorcycle spaces, 60 carparking spaces (inclusive of disabled and EV charging spaces), landscaping, civil works and external services.
