Petham Green, Gillingham

This project comprising of six one bed bungalows in Petham Green has been developed on behalf of our client, Medway Council.

The new homes will complement the existing council owned houses in the area and create a square around Petham Green, with a greenspace in the middle of the properties to create a community atmosphere.

The bungalows have been created with older residents and people with mobility problems in mind and are for social rent. They are also an ideal option for council tenants who are looking to downsize, thereby freeing up larger family homes.
