At Chartway Construction, staff training features highly in our company objectives and we are constantly investing in the training and career development of employees.
We monitor skills levels on a regular basis allowing us to continually improve the effectiveness of all staff. Our training database records core requirements and the job-specific qualifications required for each position within the company. All employees are required to hold core competencies and attend training courses as required.
Through our in-house training department, we value our core teams and build on their strengths, development and career progression. We work hard to set individual training schedules which include formal training courses; workplace based training, mentoring and regular reviews, allowing people to develop at their own pace.
We also offer site based training to our subcontractors when required, ensuring that they have both the ability and skills to undertake their role safely and to the best of their ability.
