Successful outcomes, key targets and project measures: As we worked so closely with the trust’s health and safety team via constant liaison and proactive working, we were able to give them ongoing detailed and progressive method statements that enabled risks to be minimised for all works to be carried out. This in turn enabled the trust to feel confident that work would be successfully completed in a safe and controlled manner and to the trust’s specification and allowed them to concentrate on works being undertaken by other contractors within the hospital.
